Bringing together writers and translators for a week of workshops, discussions and readings
We will be offering workshops in translation from Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Portuguese into English, as well as advanced workshops for translation from German, Japanese and Spanish. These will be open to translators who have previously attended a Summer School, or who have experience of literary translation at an equivalent level. The workshops will be led by award-winning translators –Âﾠ Anne McLean, Jeffrey Angles, Daniel Hahn and others –Âﾠtogether with authors including Javier Montes, Cristhiano Aguiar, Kari Fredrikke Brænne, Johanna Holmström and Daniela Droescher.
